How do I pay rent, and how are late fees assessed?

All rent payments must be sent to 1703 13th Avenue, Monroe WI 53566 (Brandt Construction).  Payments can be dropped off in person as Brandt Construction does have a drop box on the outside of the building.  Please make sure that your name and the property address is on the envelope if you utilize the drop box.  If rent is not received or postmarked after the 5th day from the due date, you will be required to pay a late fee of $25.00 for each late payment.  Any charges incurred by JJRT for returned checks must also be reimbursed by the tenant.

Who do I contact in the event of an emergency at the property?

It is important that you contact one of the owners in the event of an emergency.

How do I notify the owners of repairs that need to be scheduled?
Please use the “Contact Us” tab on this website for all standard maintenance requests.  We will evaluate the repair and place it on our maintenance list base on how it is prioritized.
How far in advance do I need to give notice before moving out?
The residential lease will govern the notice requirements.  In general, you will need to fulfill the terms of your original lease.   At a minimum, you will need to provide us with at least 30-days’ notice that you plan on moving out of the property.  Even with proper notice, you may be responsible for additional rent until the property is rented.
